Development of the Bicycle of Carbon Fiber Composite Materails

系统分析了国内外自行车用材料的发展过程,论证了用碳纤维复合材料制造高性能自行车的必然性,并介绍了复合材料自行车架及车轮的设计和制造方法,另外还对这种自行车的成本进行了初步预算。

In the paper, author analyses systematically the materials which the bicycles are made of, demonstrates that the necessity of high properties bicycles are made of carbon fiber composites, and introduce the design and manufacture methods of frame and wheel of the composite materials bicyles. Otherwise,author account tentatively the production cost of this kind of bicycle.
