摘要
研究了42CrMo钢未溶铁素体+回火索氏体双相组织中铁素体量对弯曲疲劳及多次冲击疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,铁素体含量增加,冲击疲劳寿命及弯曲疲劳寿命均增长,铁素体含量达到约10%时,这两种疲劳性能为最佳。这一规律与铁素体量对接触疲劳性能的影响是一致的。
This paper deals with the study of the effect of the amount of ferrite on the impact fatigue life and bending fatigue life in tempered 42CrMo steel. The results show that the impact fatigue life and bending fatigue life increase with the increase of amount of ferrite. The best amount of ferrite is about 10%. These results correspond with the effect of the amount of ferrite on contact fatigue life.
