High Strength Sb Bearing Cast Iron and its Cavitation Resistance

研究了锑对灰铸铁白口倾向、石墨形态及力学性能的影响,用锑系复合孕育的方法,获得了碳当量>4.1%的高强度锑铸铁,并考察了锑铸铁的抗气蚀性能。

The effects of Sb on the chilling tendency,the graphite type and mechanical properties were studied,with the compound inoculation of Sb system,the high strength Sb bearing cast iron can be obtained in the general gray iron whose CE is over 4.1%. The cavitation resistance of Sb bearing cast iron were studied also.
