铁石墨压坯烧结时合金元素对碳溶解速率的影响 被引量:2

The Effect of Alloying in Mixed Powder Metallurgy Compacts on the Dissolving Rate of Carbon

摘要 实验研究了W、Mo、K_2CO_3、SiO_2、S等添加剂对铁石墨粉末压坯在900~1060℃高温烧结时碳溶解速率的影响。结果发现W、Mo、K_2CO_3加快了碳溶解和珠光体形成。SiO_2、S减慢了碳溶解和珠光体形成。H_2亦有加速作用。用电子循环授受催化理论解析了催化或毒化活性大小的实验结果。 The Effects of W,Mo, K_2CO_3,SiO_2,S on the dissolving rate of carbon in mixed compacts were investigated at sintering temperature of 900~1060℃. The results showed that the additives such as W,Mo,K_2CO_3 were found to promote the carbon transfer and forming pearlite ,and the SiO_2,S were found to retard the carbon transfer. H_2 was found also to promote the carbon transfer. The results were explained by 'Electron Cyclic Donor-Acceptor Catalyzing Theory'.
