摘要
目的 观察静脉滴注低温生理盐水降温结合缺血预处理对兔心血管功能的影响。 方法 2 0只家兔随机分 2组 :低温盐水组、常温盐水组。采用兔体内心肌缺血再灌注模型 ,用多道生理记录和分析处理系统处理心肌收缩功能、血压、心率指标。 结果 与常温盐水组相比 ,低温盐水组平均动脉压 (MAP)无异常改变 ,再灌 1h、2h瞬间左室内压峰值 (LVSP)恢复率、左室内压最大上升和下降速率 (±dp/dtmax)恢复率都有上升趋势 ,+dp/dtmax恢复率 (再灌 2h瞬间 )有明显提高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,而心率呈显著性下降 (P <0 0 5 )。 结论 静脉滴注低温生理盐水降温结合缺血预处理能维持血压稳定 ,较常温下可能进一步改善缺血 再灌注心脏收缩功能。
Objective To observe the effect of intravenous hypothermic normal saline combined with ischemic preconditioning on the function of the heart and blood vessel in rabbits. Methods 20 ischemic reperfusion model rabbits were randomly divided into hypothermic normal saline group and normal saline group. The contractile function, blood pressure and heart rate were determined by RM-6240 multichannel recording system. Results Compared with the normal saline group, the average blood pressure were stable; the recoveries of left ventricular systolic pressure(LVSP), positive and negative peak of left ventricular pressures(±dp/dt-{max}) had the tendency of rising at reperfusion 60 min, 120 min; +dp/dt-{max} were better restored at reperfusion 120 min(P<0.05); otherwise, the heart rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravenous hypothemic normal saline can keep blood pressure more stable than normal saline group in ischemic/reperfusion damage.
