摘要
针对直线电机在机械加工应用中的较高控制要求 ,用模型匹配以及多自由度设计的思想把实际模型转变成理想参考模型 ,并利用H∞ 方法设计控制器 ,使控制系统具有上升快、无超调振荡、抗干扰性强以及对模型摄动具有较强的鲁棒适应性等特点。实验表明 ,该方法比普遍使用控制方法有较大的性能优势 。
Real model can be converted into ideal reference model by using model matching and the thought of multi-freedom degree design,according to the higher control requirements of linear motor during the machining application of mechanical process.Taking the theory of H_∞ to design the controllor,the control system becomes fast rising,non-over-ripple,high anti-jamming and better robust adaptabilities to model perturbatron.Test result shows that this method can be applicated in varions in dustry surroundings.Compared with common control methods,this method possesses more performance advantage.
