指出了电动车使用化学电源的一些制约因素,从而指出普遍意义上的电动车在近期尚难实现;目前优先发展电动自行车及轻型电动摩托车是现实的;还指出了电动自行车的配套铅蓄电池尚有改进余地。
The limiting factors of using electrochemical power sources for electric vehicles were pointed out. And it was denoted that EV in general could not be realized in the near future. Electric bicycle and light weight motorcycle are the only practical EVs nowadays. It was also pointed out that the lead-acid battery used in electric bicycle today may be improved eminently.
