摘要
星间光通信要求光源具有输出功率高,调制速率快的特点。目前的星间光通信系统大多采 用半导体激光器。近年来,高功率光纤激光器得到快速发展,并以其优异的性能在很多领 域正逐步取代半导体激光器。本文着重分析了半导体激光器和光纤激光器的性能,提出了 光纤激光器用于星间光通信的可行性。
<abstract>light source with high power and fast modulating velocity is required in space optical communication.Semiconductor laser is used as light source in most systems of space optical communication.Along with the rapid development of high power fiber laser, semiconductor laser is being replaced by it in many fields in recent years. In this paper, performance of semiconductor laser and fiber laser are analyzed,and the feasibility of fiber laser is used as light source of space optical communication is pointed out .
