织造工序是产品生产的关键工序之一,采用现代预测方法,建立了织造工艺过程质量预报体系。文中介绍了织造的质量控制预测方法,织造工艺过程的在线质量监控,织前工艺参数优化和可控制性以及织物特征的检验仪器与方法。
The methods and applications of the quality control and forecasting in weaving are introduced, especially for the online analysis and control, the technological optimization and controllability, and the instruments and test methods for fabrics.
