摘要
随着Internet业务量的剧增,网络拥塞已经成为一个十分重要的问题。网络拥塞控制极大地促进了Internet的发展。指出了目前TCP/IP拥塞控制技术的不足,利用控制理论分析现有拥塞控制算法,并提出了解决拥塞控制的新思路,指出将来的工作方向。
With the great increasing of Internet, traffics congestion has become an important issue. The congestion controlof networks greatly accelerated the development of the Internet. It was pointed to the shortcomings with the currentcongestion control technologies, and analysed the algorithms based on control theoretic principles. It was presented new ideasto solve the congestion control problem , finally, the future work was proposed.
