高效液相色谱法测定克痔栓中血竭素的含量

Determination of Dracorhodin in Kezhi Suppository by HPLC

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定克痔栓中血竭素含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为EclipseXDB C8,流动相为乙腈 -0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液 (5 0∶5 0 ) ,检测波长 4 4 0nm ,流速 1.0ml·min-1。结果 :血竭素在 0 .2 6～ 0 .91μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9998) ,平均回收率为 10 0 .7% ,RSD =1.37%。结论 :该方法简便可靠 ,可用于克痔栓的质量控制。

Objective: To establish a method to determine dracorhodin in Kezhi suppository by HPLC.Method: Eclipse XDB C 8 column was used,acetonitrile Sodium dihyolrogen phosphate solution (50∶50) was as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min -1 ,the detecting wavelength was at 440 nm.Result: The linear range of dracorhodin was within 0.26 ～ 0.91 μg ( r = 0.999 8 ),the average recovery of method was 100.7% with RSD = 1.37% .Conclusion: The methods is convenient and accurate, and can be used for quantitative determination of the Kezhi suppository.
