摘要
目的 :建立安乃近滴鼻液中安乃近含量测定的方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,使用C18柱 ,流动相 :甲醇 -0 .0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (磷酸调pH至 4 .5 ) (30 :70 ) ,检测波长 :2 6 5nm。结果 :安乃近在 0 .4~ 4 0 μg范围内线性关系良好 (r =0 .9999,n =6 ) ,平均回收率分别为 99.8% ,RSD =0 .6 %。结论 :本方法简便、结果准确、重复性好 。
Objective: To establish a determining method for metamizole sodium in metamizole sodium nasal drops.Method: Hypersil BDS C 18 (5 μm, 4.6 mm×200 mm) was Used by HPLC.The mobile phase was methane- 0.05 mol·L -1 potassium dihydrogen(pH was adjusted to 4.5 by using phosphoric acid)=30:70,the detecting wavelength was at 265 nm.Result: The metamizole sodium had a good linear relationship within a range of 0.4 40 μg( r = 0.999 9 , n =6),the average recovery was 99.8% , RSD was 0.6% .Conclusion: This method is found to be able to be used for the quality control of nasal drops.
