路网调度指挥系统模型与算法研究

Research on Road Network Dispatch Model and Algorithm

文章针对交通路网需要统一管理与调度指挥的技术问题 ,结合交通行业管理体系给出了调度系统的业务模型 ,制定了交通调度管理流程 ,并提出了路网交通节点相关系数的概念与算法 。

To meet the needs of management and dispatch facing road network, this paper gives a business model and process for traffic dispatch system. This paper also presents concept and algorithm of relative quotient to traffic node, thus providing guidance for dispatching and condition evaluation of road network operation.
