在分析了金属带式无级变速器的变速原理后 ,设计了基于 DSP的无级变速器的电控系统的硬件和软件。考虑到 CVT传动系统的复杂化 ,设计了模糊自适应 PID控制器 ,开发了基于速比反馈的速比控制系统。试验结果表明 。
Electronic control system is one of the most important parts of the CVT. Based on the theoretical analysis on the speed ratio changing of metal V-belt type CVT, the design of electronic control system based on DSP is presented in detail. With consideration of the complexity of CVT system, a system with speed ratio feedback is developed, and a fuzzy self-adaptive PID controller is introduced into the ratio control system. Test on vehicle is done with the developed control system, whose results indicate that the ratio of the CVT can be changed following the target ratio. And the control system is feasible to meet practical uses.
