Probe into Public Facility Optimal Location Models Based on Actual Road Networks

文章分析了我国布局公共及市政公用设施的主要方法及其局限 ,介绍了 3类比较成熟的设施优化布局模型及其应用领域。以深圳宝安宝城片区的消防站优化布局为例 ,介绍了基于 ARC/ INFO平台的建模及模拟过程 。

In this paper, firstly, we analyze the methods and their deficiency of facility spatial distribution of public facilities and municipal public facilities in China. Then, we introduce three Location-allocation models, and analyze the usage of them for the optimal locating of public facilities. Furthermore, we take as an example the planning of fire stations in Bao'an District in Shenzhen, explain the process of locating fire stations by MAXCOVER and MINDISTANCE models on the platform of ARC/INFO, and put forward the prospect of this method in China.
