文章介绍了基于 PCI总线和小波压缩技术的视频压缩与解压缩驱动程序的开发。以视频采集回放卡的驱动程序开发为主线 。
This paper introduces the development of video recording driver based on PCI bus and wavelet video code technology. Centering around the development of video capture and playback driver, it put emphases on the realization of various module in the driver.
