Give Priority to The Construction of Ganzepo Plant to Promote the Development of The Hydranlic Power Generation Base in the Boundary River Between Shanxi Province and Shaanxi Province

依据《黄河治理开发纲要》 ,分析比较了黄河北干流水利 6级开发规划中所余的古贤、碛口、甘泽坡 3个梯级的投资效益状况 ,提出优先开发干泽坡梯级具有更好的投资效益比 ,是开发晋、秦界河水电基地的首选项目的观点。

According to The programme for Huanghe River Control and Development, this paper analyzes the investment returns in the three steps of Guxian, Qikou and Ganzepo which are part of the Huanghe River north mainstream water conservancy Level 6 development planning, and proposes giving priority to the construction of Ganzepo plant and promoting the development of the bydraulic power generation base in the boundary river between Shanxi and Shaanxi provinces
