The importance of construction program determination is elaborated by analysing the function of construction organization design and narrating the content and evaluating method of construction program determination. The thesis is further illustrated through emphatically analysing and studying #7 Tunnel segment construction program of Connection Works of Yellow River Diversion Project from the aspect of construction schedule. The optimum construciton program can be finally selected by comprehensively considering the effect of project quality, progress and cost on the project as well as other aspects.
