摘要
界定了文化以及企业文化的概念 ,阐述了企业文化建设的现实意义和企业文化所具有的功能 ,提出将企业文化建设分为 4个环节 :调查研究、定格设计、实践巩固和完善提高进行的观点。
By using the conerpts of culture and the enterprise culture, this text expounds the functions of the enterprise culture and the present meaning of building up it and puts forward the theory of the building of the enterprise culture through four procedures: investigation and research, detailed design, consolidation through practices and perfection and enhancement.
