推拿手法治疗L_3横突综合征132例疗效观察

目的:观察推拿手法治疗L3横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:对132例L3横突综合征患者运用推拿手法(主要为指揉法、点按法、弹拨法、斜搬法、牵抖法)治疗。结果:治愈96例,好转33例,未愈3例,总有效率97.73％。结论:推拿手法对解除L3横突综合征的症状、体征,具有良好的临床疗效,且见效快、痛苦小,不易复发。

<abstract>jective: To observe the curative effect of massage manipulation for L3 transverse process syndrome (TPS). Methods: 132 cases of L3 TPS were treated by massage manipulation (chiefly by finger - rubbing manipulation, point - pressing manipulation, flicking - moving manipulation, oblique - moving manipulation and pulling - shaking manipulation) . Results: 96 cases were cured, 33 cases improved and 3 cases ineffective, the total effective rate being 97. 73%. Conclusion: Massage manipulation can relieve the symptoms and signs of L3 TPS, obtain the effect promptly, cause less pain and prevent recurrence.
