摘要
文章针对高校新校区后勤社会化改革出现的新情况,分析了新校区实施企业化物业管理的环境与条件,研究了高校物业管理与社会物业管理相区别的主要特性,提出高校新校区应该也完全可以用新的模式进行后勤物业管理。并结合本校物业管理的实践,进行了成效分析,对新校区物业管理尚需解决的问题作了对策探讨。
This paper analyzes the conditions to carry out enterprise property management on new campuses of colleges and universities, based on the study of new problems raised from the socialized reform of logistic property management. It studies the main features that distinguish property management of colleges and universities from that of society and suggests that a new mode of logistic property management on new campuses of colleges and universities is not only feasible but also inevitable. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions on how to cope with the problems raised in the evaluation of the effect of property management in the authors' university.
