独立自主是我国外交政策中必须坚持的基本原则,这种原则随着国际形势的不断变化而变化。在全球化背景下,随着国际组织的增多及国际合作的增加,我国独立自主的外交政策也要随之变化以适应新的形势。要继续把维护国家主权和独立,发展国内经济放在首位。与国际社会一起建立新的世界秩序更是义不容辞的责任。

The independent and self-governed foreign policy has been the basic policy of China and has grown as international situation changes. Under the globalization, with international organizations and international cooperation increasing, China's foreign policy shall adjust it to the new changes and new environment.
