摘要
建立了固相萃取气相色谱测定水质中六六六、滴滴涕的方法,详尽地叙述了水样预处理过程。方法检测限较低,α六六六和γ六六六为1ng/L,β六六六、δ六六六和pp′DDE为2ng/L,op′DDT和pp′DDT为3ng/L,pp′DDD为4ng/L。加标回收率在88%~93%之间,回收较好,相对标准差均<2.5%,精密度好。方法快速、简便,避免了液液萃取的繁多手续。
To detect trace BHC and DDT in water with solid phase extraction-gas chromatography. The pre-treatment of water sample was studied. This method's detection limit was low, for α-BHC and (γBHC,) it was 1 ng/L,βBHC and δBHC and pp′DDE were 2 ng/L, op′DDT and pp′DDT were (3 ng/L,)pp′DDD was 4 ng/L. Standard recovery rate was between 88% and 93%. Relative standard deviation was less 2.5%. This method was fast and simple.
