摘要
密封圈的性能与固定方法、密封压缩变形等密切相关。本文采用大变形非线性有限元方法分别分析了接触式密封圈和非接触式密封圈在不同压缩量下的变形和压力变化规律。它对于合理选取密封圈固定处压缩量、密封压缩量和形状的选择具有指导意义 。
The performance of the seal ring of a bearing is greatly correlative with the method of fixation and compressed deformation for seal.The deformation and stress distribution status for the contact-seal ring and non contact-seal ring with different compressed amounts are analyzed respectively by using non-linear finite element method in large deformation,it has an important guiding meaning for rational selecting compressed amount and shape of fixed position of the seal groove and contact lips of the seal,the new method is provided fro design of seal ring of the bearing.
