潍坊市护理人员工作认知与满意度调查分析

Analysis of a Survey on the Knowledge and the Satisfaction Among Nursing Staffs in Weifang

目的 了解医院护理人员对工作的满意度,为制定护理人员管理对策提供依据。方法 两阶段分层整群抽样方法确定调查对象,采用问卷调查,护士自填问卷,共调查4 152人。结果护理人员对护理工作总体满意度不是很高,比较满意和很满意人数仅占58.0％,其中对待遇与报酬、工作安全感满意度较低。护理工作的紧张程度与疲劳程度大,护理人员不足,职称结构不合理,有63.5％的护理人员认为护理人员数量不足,职称结构不合理主要表现为高级职称缺乏。护理工作的重要性与领导对护理工作的重视程度相差较大,88.8％的人认为护理工作非常重要,而认为领导非常重视护理工作的人数仅占调查人数的17.0％。建议领导重视,加强护理队伍建设,建立健全安全管理制度,保障护理人员工作人身安全;合理配备护理人员,提高护理人员素质。

Objectives To find out the satisfactory level of nursing staffs in hospitals, and to provide evidence for working out countermeasures for better nursing staff management. Methods Applying two-step stratified block sampling method, and to interview subjects with questionnaire, and with totaled 4152 nursing workers investigated. Results the general satisfactory level of the nursing staffs towards nursing work is not very high, of which just 58% are satisfied or very satisfied. Most of them are not very satisfied with the remunerations, salary and work safety. The nursing work is generally very stressing and tired than any other kind of work, nursing manpower is not enough, and the nursing staffs' technical skill structure is not rational. 63. 5% of the nursing staffs believes that the nursing manpower is insufficient, especially lack of senior nursing staffs. There is a big gap between the importance of nursing work and the managers' attitudes toward it, 88.8% regard nursing work as very important, but only 17% think that mangers have paid high attention to nursing work. Suggestions Managers should pay special attention, strengthen nursing staffs constructions, set up and perfect safety management systems, and ensure the working and personal safety of nursing staff; arrange nursing staffs rationally and promote the quality of nurses.
