摘要
从形态学角度,对采自内蒙古自治区的14个冰草天然种群的共计280个个体的10个穗部性状(穗长、穗宽、每穗节数、穗轴第一节间长、小穗长、小穗宽、第一颖长、第二颖长、小穗小花数和第一小花外稃长)进行了测定分析,结果表明:14个种群在所有性状上均存在显著差异,而且在穗长、每穗节数、穗轴第一节间长和小穗长等性状表现差异尤为明显.从而揭示了冰草种内不同种群间及种群内的不同个体间的遗传变异.
Research has been done on the relationship between morphology characters and its Variation in the Agropyron. The results showed that under different conditions, the morphology characters of Agropyron is different. Result show some great divergence were attributed to the differentiations among populations and some were within populations.
