摘要
为分析气体火花开关的电极烧蚀问题 ,首先用尼康ECLIPSEME6 0 0P型显微镜实验研究了开关放电后电极表面的微观形貌和侵蚀特征 ,结果表明电极烧蚀的典型图象大致有 3种 :弧坑、突起、裂纹 ;电极烧蚀机理的定性分析表明电极表面烧蚀的图象可用热爆炸力、磁流体动力。
In order to study the electrode erosion mechanisms of gas spark switch in this paper the erosion micro patterns of the spark switch electrode are investigated. The results show that there are three types of erosion pattern: hole, protrusions and cracks. The mechanisms that arc responsible for these erosion patterns are presented. The erosion pattern can be explained by thermo-blast, magnetism hydro-dynamics and thermo-stress.
