摘要 国际专利制度是当今世界强化知识产权保护的最终产物,其发展趋势主要由以美国为首的发达国家的观点和立场左右,同时也受到其它国家和制度的可操作性因素的影响。基于这一看法,本文总结归纳出了国际专利制度发展的四大趋势,并提出了完善我国制度的几点建议。 International Patent System is the means to safeguard knowledge property in today's world. Its future course is mainly decided by developed countries, chiefly the US, as well as influenced by other countries and their operation of the system. Based on this view, four development trends are deduced of international patent system, and several proposals are put forward to improve Chinese patent system.
