摘要
不同民族因文化背景的差异而呈现的价值多元化及其价值冲突的解决,已成了当今世界的一个理论课题。围绕经济全球化之下跨国公司内部来自于不同民族与国家员工之间价值观的认同问题,探讨跨文化管理的一些基本理论共识。
It is agreed by scholars today that every country, with its culture background, represents its own value system and may conflict with cultures of other source. Based on the value recognition of employees from different cultures in multi-national corporations, several universal viewpoints are discussed about multi-culture management.
