摘要
反索赔是业主为维护自身的利益而对承包商采取的一种防卫行为。就建设单位如何防止承包商提出索赔,以及在承包商提出索赔后所应采取的相应措施进行了探讨。
Counter-Ciaira is a defensive behavior of owner for their own benefit against contractor. Relevant measures are put forward for construction owner to prevent the claims filed from contractor.
