摘要
针对国内外ERP系统各自存在的问题,分析了我国制造型中小企业自身特点和实际需求,并通过案例,论述了"量体裁衣"开发适用企业需求的ERP系统,让管理人员易于接受,但又保证ERP的精髓,使系统的实施确实给企业带来效益。
Focuses are placed on different problems found in the ERP system at home and abroad, analyzing the features and needs of small and medium-sized enterprise. By a case study, it proves that the ERP system, which is specially designed, meets the need of enterprises. In this way, managers are ready to accept as well as guarantee the essence of the system. The performance of the system will bring great benefit to enterprises.
