摘要
对在校园网用户服务与管理中融入CRM技术与理念做出分析 ,提出基于WEB的多校区运用数据挖掘技术的校园网用户服务与管理系统的体系结构 .
In this paper, the author analyzes CRM concept and techno lo gy used in customer service and management in campus network thoroughly, and put s forward a framework of system of customer service and management based on WEB and data mining among several campus networks.
