摘要
目的为制备稳定的水包油型 (O/W)水杨酸软膏 ,对乳化剂进行筛选。方法用硬脂酸盐、十二烷基硫酸钠 (K12 )、烷基膦酸酯钾盐 (MAP)、聚氧乙烯 (2 )硬脂醇醚 (Brij72 )、聚氧乙烯 (2 1)硬脂醇醚 (Brij 72 1)、单硬脂酸甘油酯和聚氧乙烯 (10 0 )硬脂酸酯混合乳化剂 (Arlecal 16 5 )等进行了水杨酸软膏配制试验。结果硬脂酸盐、MAP、Brij 72、Brij 72 1等乳化剂不适合用于水杨酸软膏的制备 ,K12 及其与Arlecal 16 5的复配物作乳化剂则能制备稳定的水杨酸软膏。结论通过实验 ,选出了制备水杨酸软膏的最佳乳化剂 。
Objective Formulation screening of emulsifier for the preparation of oil in water(O/W) salicylic acid ointment. Methods The emulsifiers such as stearate, sodium dodecyl sulfate(K 12), monolauryl phosphate(MAP), steareth-2 (Brij 72), steareth-21 (Brij 721), clyceryl stearate and PEG-10 stearate (Arlecal 165, Uniquema) were used in the formulation screening of emulsifier. Results The emulsifiers such as stearate, MAP, Brij 72, Brij 721 were not suitable for preparation of salicylic acid ointment. K 12 and its mixture with Arlacel 165 can stabilize salicylic acid ointment. Conclusion The optimal and applicable formulation for emulsifier for the preparation of salicylic acid ointment was screened.
