摘要
目的研究罗布麻提取物对红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法采用三种活性氧产生体系诱发脂质过氧化为实验模型 ,设立模型对照组 (MC) ,正常对照组 (NC) ,以及剂量分别为 0 .1,0 .2 ,0 .4 ,0 .8mg/mL的四个罗布麻提取物给药组 ,观察比较各组的丙二醛 (MDA)含量。结果同MC组相比 ,四组罗布麻提取物对黄嘌呤 -黄嘌呤氧化酶系统 ,H2 O2 及UV照射三种方法引起的细胞膜脂质过氧化产物丙二醛 (MDA)的生成增加均有抑制作用 ,且有一定的剂量依赖关系。
Objective to investigate the protective effect of extract of Apocynum venetum on lipid peroxidation damage of erythrocyte membrane. Methods model of lipid peroxidation of erythrocyte membrane was established with three kinds of radicals generation systems. A normal control group (NC), a model control group (MC), and four Apocynum venetum groups were set up. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in various groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with MC group, all of the four Apocynum venetum group dose-dependently inhibited the increases of MDA content in the membrane induced by xanthine-xanthine oxidase system, H 2O 2 or UV light. Conclusion some active components extracted from leaves of Apocynum venetum may protect erythrocyte membrane from the lipid peroxidative damage induced by free radicals.
