五灵脂B_1对大鼠胃壁结合黏液量及胃黏膜PGE_2的影响

The effect of Trogoterus dung B_1 on gastric barrier mucus and mucosa PGE_2 in rats

目的进一步研究五灵脂有效部位B1保护大鼠胃黏膜的机理。方法① 6 4只雌性Wistar大鼠随机分为生理盐水组 ,B1(90mg/kg)组 ,B1(90mg/kg) +消炎痛组 ,B(6 0mg/kg)组共 4组 ,参照Coren等方法 ,测算胃壁结合黏液量。②健康成年雄性SD大鼠 6 4只 ,随机分为生理盐水组 ,B1(4 5mg/kg)组、B1(90mg/kg)组、雷尼替丁组 (3.0mg/ 10 0g)共 4组 ,按Shay方法结扎幽门 ,2h后 ,处死大鼠 ,检测胃黏膜PGE2 含量。结果五灵脂萃取物B190mg/kg剂量可使胃壁结合黏液量由未处理时 (1.717± 0 .4 0 6 )mg增加至 (2 .871± 0 .4 13)mg(P <0 .0 5 ) ,胃黏膜PGE2 分泌量由未处理时 (185 .0 9± 86 .4 1)ng/mg增加至 (5 5 5 .16± 5 4 6 .0 2 )ng/mg(P <0 .0 5 )。结论五灵脂保护胃黏膜与增加胃壁结合黏液量及促进胃黏膜的PGE2

Objective To study the protective mechanism of active components of Trogoterus dung B 1 on gastric mucosa in rats. Methods ① 64 female Wistar rats were divided into the control group, the B 1(90 mg/kg) group, the B 1(90 mg/kg) plus indomethacin group at random, the weigh of barrier mucosa were measured according to the Coren method. ② 64 female SD rats were randomly divided into the control group, the B 1(45 mg/kg) group, the B 1(90 mg/kg) group, the ranitidine group, the pylorus were ligated according to the Shay model, 2 h later, the rats were killed and the gastric mucosa were removed and disposed, and the mucosa PGE 2 were measured. Results B 1(90 mg/kg) could enhance the excreting of gastric barrier mucosa and mucus PGE 2 compared to the controlled group. Conclusion One of the protective mechanism of Trogoterus dung extract B 1 on gastric mucosa in rats is to promoting the excreting of gastric barrier mucosa and mucus PGE 2.
