摘要
介绍基于PLC实现工程机械液压系统故障诊断的方法,讨论了诊断系统的构成特点,并给出一个在混凝土拖泵上使用PLC实现复杂操作控制、状态监测、故障诊断功能为一体的工程实例。
A fault diagnosis method based on PLC for hydraulic system of construction machinery is introduced in this paper,but also the characteristic of this fault diagnosis system is discussed in detail.Besides general features such as complicated control and status monitor,the fault diagnosis is implemented on a concrete pump practical system completely based on PLC.
