超声电机预压力调整装置程序设计

摘要 介绍了超声电机预压力调整装置相关功能程序。单片机根据压力误差值进行比较判断,通过继电器控制交流电机带动万向轴旋转调整预压力。按照生产和试验操作要求,程序的设计采取了模块结构化方法。实验证明,设计的装置结构简单,工作效率和可靠性得到了提高。 This paper introduce the prepressure regulate apparatus.According to the difference of the detected pressure and the set pressure, single chip Microprocessor regulate the prepressure through AC motor.It has higher ability with decoding and the performance deposited openly.The module structures are used in the programming design.Some actually functional subroutines, such as certification and position are designed to satisfy the demands of test and production.
