摘要
机械密封端面接触情况与密封工作状态密切相关,有必要对其进行在线检测。回顾了对密封端面参数常用的测量方法,介绍了被动式声波检测和主动式超声波检测技术,重点对主动式超声波检测原理进行分析。指出了主动式超声波检测在机械密封中应用的可行性,及其良好的前景。
There's closely relationship between the contact degree of mechanical seal faces and working state.So it's vital to monitor the contact degree online.,It is reviewed firstly those common methods of corresponding seal face parameters.Then, passive sound wave monitoring technique and active ultrasonic monitoring technique is introduced separately,and the second one is analyzed in detail.The feasibility and prospect of ultrasonic monitoring technique is fingered out at last.
