摘要
选择k ε模型 ,运用ANSYS6.1软件的FLOTRANCFD模块对湿式脱硫塔除雾器的流场进行二维数值模拟。计算结果表明 ,以流体力学理论为指导 ,用ANSYS6.1软件的CFDFLOTRAN模块描述除雾器的流体力学特性 ,模型的计算值能较好地符合实验数据 。
Using the k-ε model and the CFD FLOTRAN module of ANSYS6.1,the two-dimensional numerical simulation of the flow field was conducted for the mist eliminator in the wet desulphurization tower.The computation result showed that under the fluid mechanics theory and using the CFD FLOTRAN module of the software ANSYS6.1 to si-mulate the fluid mechanics characteristics of the mist eliminator,the computed value of the model meets the experimental data reasonably.The simulation is instrumental in computing the efficiency of the mist eliminator and the design optimization.
