神经康复与脑功能重塑 被引量:7

摘要 给局灶性脑损伤的动物技巧训练后,其皮层功能会产生可塑性的变化,这涉及神经元树突和轴突的再生、神经突触的重建、神经递质的调节、神经元长时程增强(LTP)和抑制(LTD)等多种机制。功能性影像学的研究表明,损伤后脑功能的重塑,涉及损伤灶周围以及包括损伤对侧半球等不同区域的功能变化。随时间变化以损伤同侧的皮层功能代表区占优势可能是最为有效的重塑方式,合理的康复训练会促进这种重塑方式的出现。
