关于《〈伤寒论〉求是》阳明病与温病关系的探讨

Relationship between Yangming Disease and Epidemic Febrile Disease in Practical Treatise on Febrile Diseases

分析阳明病与温病的关系 ,认为阳明病与温病紧密关联 ,温病中的气分证包括阳明病在内 ,清、下两法是治疗阳明病和温病的主要方法。《伤寒论》相对《素问·热论》是个进步 ,但《伤寒论》并未究尽外感热病的证治 ,把阳明病与温病等同起来 ,不承认后世温病学说的发展也是不对的。吴鞠通运用承气汤遵古法而不拘古方 ,《温病条辨》对阳明下法的运用不但有继承 ,更有发展。

Based on an analysis of the relationship between Yangming disease and epidemic febrile disease, the author believes that there is a close relationship between the two. The qi system syndrome in epidemic febrile disease include Yangming disease, for which cooling and purgative methods are the main therapeutic methods. Treatise on Febrile Diseases is a further development of Plain Questions - On Heat, but Treatise on Febrile Disease does not include all the therapeutic methods for febrile diseases due to exogenous heat. It is not correct to identify Yangming disease with epidemic febrile disease and deny the effort made to further develop the study of febrile diseases. Wu Jutong followed the ancient method but did not use ancient recipes.In Treatise on Differentiation and Treatment of Epidemic Febrile Disease,there is not only inheritance, but also development as far as the application of purgative method for Yangming disease.
