乳舒安胶囊抗乳腺增生和镇痛的实验研究

Experimental Investigation on Effect of Rushuan Capsule in Relieving Hyperplasia of Mammary Gland and Pain

目的 研究乳舒安胶囊抗乳腺增生和镇痛作用 ,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法 在抗乳腺增生实验中采用肌肉注射苯甲醇雌二醇加肌注黄体酮造成大鼠乳腺增生模型 ,观察乳舒胺胶囊灌胃给药后对其治疗作用 ;在镇痛实验中 ,采用小鼠扭体法及电刺激法 ,观察乳舒安胶囊灌胃给药后的镇痛作用。结果 乳舒安胶囊能明显降低大鼠血清雌二醇而升高孕酮的含量 ,恢复失衡的雌激素水平 ;明显升高血清SOD活力、降低MDA的含量 ,具有抗氧化作用 ;明显降低大鼠的乳头高度 ,并能减小增生的乳腺腺泡体积 ,减轻导管扩张程度 ,减少分泌现象 ,各指标与模型组比较具有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。乳舒安 7g/kg、14g/kg、2 8g/kg 3个剂量组能减轻由乙酸刺激所致的小鼠疼痛反应 (扭体反应 )和由电刺激致小鼠足跖疼痛反应 ,与空白对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5～ 0 .0 1)。结论 乳舒安具有较明显的抗乳腺增生、镇痛作用。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into the effect of Rushuan Capsule in relieving hyperplasia of mammary gland and pain. METHOD Benzestrofol, hidroestron and flavolutan were used to make mice and rat models to observe the effect of Rushuan Capsule. RESULT Rushuan Capsule could markedly relieve hyperplasia of mice mammary gland, with marked difference from the model group (P<0.05). Rushuan Capsule could also markedly reduce the content of corporin, restore the level of estrogen, markedly increase serum SOD activity, reduce MDA content, prevent oxidation, and reduce the volume of mammary gland alveolus, the degree of duct dilation and secretion, with marked difference from the model group (P<0.05～0.01). Rushuan at the dosages of 7g/kg, 14g/kg and 28g/kg could relieve mice painful reactions, with marked difference from the blank control group (P<0.05～0.01). CONCLUSION Rushuan Capsule has marked effect in relieving hyperplasia of mammary gland and pain.
