高效液相色谱法测定乌梅中绿原酸含量

Determination of chlorogenic acid in Fuctus Mume by high performance liquid chromatography

目的 测定乌梅中绿原酸的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,色谱柱为KromasilC18柱 ,流动相为乙腈∶水∶磷酸(12∶88∶0 .5 ) ,波长为 32 7nm。结果 绿原酸在 0 .0 33～ 1.6 0 2 μg范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .5 2 % ,相对标准偏差为 2 .2 8%。结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确 ,可用于乌梅的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Fuctus Mume by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).METHOD Kromasil C18 column was used with mixture of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid(12∶88∶0.5) as the mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 ml/min -1 with the detection wavelength at 327 nm.RESULTS The linearity of chlorogenic acid was well in the range of 0.033～1.602μg. The average recovery was 100.52%,RSD was 2.28%(n=6).CONCLUTION The method appeared to be simple, reliable, accurate and can be used to the quality control of Fuctus Mume.
