微量滴定法测定抗坏血酸(Vc)含量 被引量:8

摘要 以常量、微量两种方法作对比,对Vc样品、番茄及市售某橙汁饮料中抗坏血酸(Vc)的含量进行了测定和讨论.其结果无显著性差异,t检f检均在允许范围之内,相对偏差小于5%.微量滴定的精度达到常量测定水平,可满足化学分析的要求.也证明了WD-COⅡ型微型滴定装置能满足微型定量分析化学实验的要求. The concentration of Vitamin C was determined in the Vitamin C tablet,jam of tomato and orange juice in the market by microtitration method with a novel device of micro-buret.The RSD is lower than 5%,which confirms to the erro requests of analytical chemistry.The parallel determination results were compared with those obtained from the conventional buret,which tested the reliability of the novel micro-buret.The t-examine value and F-examine value are in the allowed range.And the microtitration has no significant differeces compare with conventional titration and fulfills the requirements for chemical analysis.It illustrated that the WD-COⅡ titration apparatus can settle all the problems of the Microscale Analytical Chemical Experiment.
