摘要
采用问卷调查法,对当前大学生体育选项课选项特征进行了调查研究,同时提出完善体育选项课教学体系的建议,实现体育选项课与终身体育的完美结合.
Having made a study on the features of the college students' sports elective courses through the questionaire,and offered some suggestions so to realize the perfect combination of the sports elective courses and life sports.
