摘要 直流锅炉的水动力手动调整仍是一件十分费时费力的工作,而目前用于水动力调整的应用程序在计算方法上存在一定的不足,同时还有适用范围受限、人机交互不便的缺点,完整的水动力调整应用软件还没形成。提出了一种新的水动力调整方法并建立数学模型,在此基础上开发出了直流锅炉的水动力调整应用软件。软件能够实现节流阀开度调整的一次到位,大大提高了水动力调整的速度和精度。 Manual hydrodynamic adjustment is a taking-time and laborious job. Now the programs of hydro-dynamic adjustment have some defects in calculation methods. The applied area of these programs is limited and the intercommunication of human-computer is inconvenient.Complete software of hydrodynamic adjustment is still not formed. The paper proposed a new method and is proposed the mathematics model is established in this paper. The software of hydrodynamic adjustment for once through boiler is developed basing on it.The software can realize the adjustment of the throttle opening only once. It greatly enhances the speed and the precision of hydrodynamic adjustment.
