摘要
采用激光云纹干涉装置对航空高温合金材料在高温下的断裂韧性进行了测试。利用电化学方法直接在被测试件表面刻蚀零厚度光栅,拓展了高温合金云纹干涉法的研究空间,应用4f成像系统构成傅立叶光学滤波光路,进一步改善了莫尔(Moire)条纹的图像质量,提高了云纹干涉法的测量精度。
This investigation describes a high temperature moire interferometry for measurement of fracture toughness. This method uses the lithe photograhic technique to etch a high density cross zero-thickness grating on the surface of a alloy with single edge notch specimen. A high temperature moire interferometry measurement system was developed, which was successfully used to measure fracture toughness undr high temperature in 4f wave filter optics path. This system further improved the quality of moire stripe image and the measuring precision.
