摘要
根据实钻经验 ,将PDC钻头流场形状进行了改进 ,采用数值模拟的方法 ,全面考虑了三维、旋转、非对称和多喷嘴等多种因素的影响 ,对某厂一个实际PDC钻头模型井底流场进行了仿真分析 。
According to actual drilling experience, we ameliorate the shape of the flow field. Through the use of numerical simulation, we take all kinds of factors such as three-dimension,rotation,non- symmetry and multi-nozzles into account and analyze the simulation result of flow field under petroleum drill well of a actual PDC drilling bit of a factory, thus it provides guidance to the optimum design of PDC bits to some extent.
