摘要
针对带式输送机在正常稳定运行时和在满载起动运行时输送带与滚筒之间的打滑问题进行了分析比较。阐明了带式输送机在正常稳定运行时受到的阻力小于在满载起动运行时受到的阻力 ,在正常稳定运行时打滑的可能性小于在满载起动运行时打滑的可能性。因此 ,在校核带式输送机打滑问题时 ,就应该考虑到满载起动时的打滑问题 。
The paper analyzes and compares the skidding between the belt and the roller when the belt conveyor operates normally and starts with full-load. And it explains that the resistance and the possibility of skidding under the former operating condition are less than the latter. Therefore, the skidding is taken into account when the belt conveyor starts with full-load while checking the problem of the skidding. This paper puts forward the method of preventing skidding with soft-start technology when the belt conveyor starts with full-load.
