管理信息系统 (MIS)是在工业先进国家中从 2 0世纪 70年代以来迅速发展起来的一项综合性科学技术 ,是企业不断提高管理与决策水平 ,参与国际大市场竞争的主要手段。
Management information system(MIS) is a synthetic technologic that has been rapidly developed since 70's.MIS is one of the most important tools for enterprise which want to improve its management and decision-makig ability and take part in the competition of international market.This paper discusses the actualizing of DPBS and OLAP in personnel management system of large enterprise.
